Cal Lutheran Cares Day 2023

The first 25 gifts to the Annual Fund between 7 am and 9 am will release a $2,500 gift from Michael '77 and Terry '78 Webb, and their daughter, Gabriella Webb '12.

$8,100 will be released if the Annual Fund receives $8,100 between Noon-5:00 PM, thanks to the combined generosity of the following Cal Lu alumni couples: Ann and Dave Watson, and The Rev. Mark Marius and Heidi Morton.

$10,000 will be released when the Annual Fund receives a total of $50,000, thanks to the combined donations of the following: Shauna Vernal, The Carmel M. and John G. Whitman Foundation, and two anonymous donors.

When the Annual Fund receives a total of 100 gifts of any amount, it will release a wonderful gift of $3,000, thanks to the generosity of Barry '65 and Anne-Marie Wohrle, and Rebecca O'Hearn.

From 6 pm to 10 pm, gifts of any size to the Annual Fund will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $5,000, thanks to the combined donations from the following: Jim and Karol Quiring, Adrienne S. and Martin D. ""Buzz"" Rodgers, and Patricia Nazar and Stephen Wlodarski.

If the Annual Fund receives 55 gifts of $55 or more, it will unlock a $5,500 gift made possible by the generosity of Don and Patty Shemenske.

The whole Cal Lutheran community is grateful for the extraordinary generosity of an alumna from the Class of '78. When the Annual Fund receives 100 gifts of $100 or more during the next 24-hours, a very generous seven-figure estate gift that supports student scholarships will be released.

$37,000 will be released when the Annual Fund reaches a total of $100,000, thanks to the generosity of Rod Gilbert, Anne Hill, Carrie and Bruce Nebens, and The Binsley Foundation.
