Student Employment is a powerful tool for supporting student success and professional development. Research and data show that students who work on campus are more engaged and graduate at higher rates.

We are raising funds to increase the number and diversity of positions we can offer students on campus.

By supporting student employment, you are helping to enrich a student's education while also helping to fund their education.

Heart of Gold Challenge

An incredibly generous anonymous donor—who wants to inspire Cal Lutheran students, staff, faculty, alumni, families, Regents, other donors, and the entire Cal Lutheran community—will release a $1 Million Dollar Estate Gift when the Cal Lutheran Cares Day leaderboard crosses the $650,000 mark—honoring our 65th anniversary—in support of any cause on the leaderboard through midnight tonight!

Investment Committee and Friends Challenge

The Investment Committee and Friends will match every donation up to $87,500 from midnight to 11:59 pm.
