The Elton and Janice Gallegly Center for Public Service and Civic Engagement is a non-partisan center for students seeking meaningful ways to serve in the government and nonprofit arenas. The Center is named in honor of Representative Elton Gallegly and his wife, Janice, and is distinguished by its interdisciplinary focus, hands-on learning opportunities including a government internship, and the opportunity to pursue a combined undergraduate and graduate degree.
By making your gift to the Gallegly Center, we can continue to provide students a wide range of learning opportunities at the local, state, and national levels, creating a pathway to more public service careers; support the Archive and Collections focusing on the management, storage, preservation, and display of Representative Gallegly's government documents, correspondence, and papers over the course of his 33-year career; and facilitate an impactful distinguished speaker series.
Your choice to support the Gallegly Center for Public Service and Civic Engagement on Cal Lutheran Cares Day is appreciated. Thank you!
